Carl was one of the Founding Partners of the predecessor firm of today’s Klein. In 2011, he became Senior Counsel in Klein. As such he continues to stand for Klein’s legacy and remains an esteemed former Member of Klein.

While a Senior Partner in Klein, Carl practiced in the areas of Banking and Finance, M&A and IPO’s, International Holding and Trade Structures, Oil, Gas, Metals and Raw Materials Production and Trading, Fund Structuring as well as International Judicial and Administrative Assistance.

Carl attended Law Schools of Zurich and Berne Universities (lic.iur. 1979), Harvard Law School, Massachusetts, and Georgetown University, Washington D.C.
