Klein advises on the construction of a fully custom build sailing yacht

Klein successfully supported its client in the contractual negotiations and conclusion of a yacht construction agreement for a fully custom made 50m+ sailing yacht to be constructed and delivered by a renowned Dutch shipyard. The support included the drafting and negotiation of the yacht construction agreement, the design agreements for the interior and exterior design of the yacht, retaining the owners representative for supervision of the process of the design and engineering iterations as well as the set-up of the ownership structure.
