Klein advised its client with the purchase of a PC-24 aircraft

Klein successfully advised its client on all legal aspects of the sale of a Bombardier Global 6000 aircraft, which included, amongst others, the negotiation and preparation of all transaction documents, the support during the pre-purchase inspections and advising on appropriate closing location as well as the completion of the closing of the sale.
