David specializes in employment, corporate and contract law with several years of experience in advising and litigating in commercial and business law. He advises companies and individuals on complex legal issues and pursues a practice-oriented, client-focused approach. David is also experienced in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and regularly provides strategic advice on national and cross-border transactions.

Since obtaining his law degree from the University of Lucerne in 2013 and being admitted to the bar in 2015, David has worked for commercial law firms in Zurich. In the 2019/2020 academic year, David completed an LL.M. program at New York University (NYU), deepening his expertise in international law. Since 2025, he has been a senior associate at Klein Attorneys at Law.
