Gianni can help you with transactional aviation law, international trade law and transactions, white-collar crime (investigations and asset tracing), insurance law and general corporate/commercial law.  

He also advises private clients, family offices, corporations and organisations on a variety of matters. Gianni likes to deal with complex matters and cases as well as to engage in negotiations. He welcomes all challenges as opportunities to find solutions for his clients.  

Gianni joined Klein in 2004 as associate and became Senior Partner in 2008. He is a member of the Board of Klein and heads Human Resources and Information Technology. 

Gianni obtained his law degree in 1992 from the University of Fribourg Law School (Switzerland), during his studies he was an exchange student at the University of Exeter (UK). 1997/1998 he attended Law School at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge (USA). He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland (1996) and passed the New York Bar Exam in 1999. Previously to joining Klein Attorneys in 2004, Gianni practiced law in Switzerland and in the US (New York).
