Stefan advises Swiss and foreign private individuals and companies on a wide range of legal matters, such as general corporate and commercial law, employment law, debt collections and insolvency law, as well as contract law. He represents clients in state court proceedings and administrative proceedings.

Stefan obtained his law degree from the University of Zurich in 2009 (lic.iur.). He was admitted to the bar in 2013 and received his doctorate from the University of Zurich in 2017. Prior to joining Klein in 2024, Stefan worked in law firms in Zurich, a leading insurance company, an international consulting firm and in the legal department of a Swiss bank as Head Legal Business & Products.
