Financial Law Conference held on the legal framework and practical difficulties of the Sanctions regime against Russia

On 9 May 2023, Klein held it’s third conference on Financial Law under the patronage of the Institute for International Business Law of the University of Fribourg. The conference was attended by more than 50 participants from various areas such as legal / tax and compliance advisory services, banking, asset management, economic operators and representatives of the press.

Participants witnessed having gained valuable insight into the framework and the difficulties of the application of the Sanctions regime.
